How do I open a support ticket?
You can open a support ticket through any of our channels: email ([email protected]), phone +1 (469) 238-6898, WhatsApp, or the live chat available on the website during business hours. Our team will log your ticket and begin assistance promptly.
What is the response time for support requests?
Urgent tickets (system down or complete blockage) are handled with top priority. General questions and configuration requests are answered within 4 business hours during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 5:30 PM ET).
How do I access the Myheaven system?
Access Myheaven directly at: app1.myheaven.com.br. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot my password" option on the login screen. If the problem persists, contact our support team.
Is technical support included in my plan?
Technical support for questions and issues related to using our systems is included in your plan. Custom development requests or specific integrations outside the scope of your contract may generate a separate quote.
How does remote access work?
Remote access is used when our technician needs to view or operate your computer to resolve an issue. It occurs only with your explicit authorization, through secure tools such as AnyDesk or TeamViewer. You can end the session at any time.
The system is slow or frozen. What should I do?
First, try refreshing the page (F5) and checking your internet connection. If the problem persists, check our communication channels for any maintenance notices. If there are none, contact support and let us know the issue, the time it occurred, and what you were doing in the system.
How do I request training for my team?
Contact our support team or your account manager to schedule a personalized training session. We offer online training via Zoom for new teams, new modules, or refresher sessions for existing users.
